Canyon - Description
This Canyon is great fun and should only be booked if your relatively fit and confident.
We meet everyone at the locations of each activity, saving you valuable time and money. All kit and equipment is brought to you by our experienced and qualified instructors.
North Wales canyoning has become hugely popular over the last few years due to the accessibility of the gorges & canyons and the fact that it's an all weather and all year round activity.
North Wales Active only use experienced & qualified instructors who know and work in these gorges/canyons all year round.
Age Restrictions
Is 10+ However if the instructor feels the weather is unsuitable or a child is unable then the activity may be slightly altered.
Fitness
You dont have to be super fit but some fitness is needed to complete the canyon. Being able to swim 15 metres is essential. If anyone intending to book has any additional needs please speak to us prior to booking.
kit & clothing
There are no changing facilities at any of our adventure locations.

Please bring - Essential
- Sturdy trainers/walking boots to get wet in (no slip on beach shoes)
- Swim costume
- Towel
- Shorts for over your wetsuit
- Socks are optional
We have great ratios of 1 instructor to 10 people for this Canyon.
This is important as you will recieve more attention for safety and a quality experience from our instructors.
Our Canyon Adventure is near Llan Ffestiniog but you will recieve very specific directions as a PDF when you book.
