We have The AALS License (issued by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive) and its a legally required permit in Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) for commercial providers who offer high-risk outdoor adventure activities to young people under the age of 18. 

The primary goal of the AALS license is to assure parents, teachers, and participants that commercial providers have robust safety management systems, qualified staff, and proper equipment in place to minimize avoidable risk.
