Team Building

We have trained and developed Corporate, Military and University groups.

All team building days are tailor made to suit the the groups and the desired outcomes

We use the outdoors as a medium for team building, with the activities that we do it puts everyone on the same level, opens their minds and helps to create great teams.

Our activities range from team initiatives on a grassed area to multi day mountain walks. We can create a progamme that is perfect for you and the team. Some of the activities that can be included are coasteering, gorge walking, climbing and abseiling, treasue hunt, team initiatives and a B.B.Q. is often a good way to finish the day.

Why Adventure Activities ???

Outdoor activities are proven to stimulate the brain and also develop, through team activities: leadership, courage and team bonding.

Where?
All our activities are based around North Wales, using the best locations possible. We will use remote areas and also more public areas, as appropriate for the activity.

Accommodation
We can arrange any type of accommodation, but we usually use a local bunkhouse with a fantastic welcome and an even better BBQ. Breakfast and lunch packs can also be arranged at some accommodations.

We don't do 'death by power point'. We will help to provide you with a valuable experience, to build a team that will last.

Its simple- 2 Activities for £40 p.p.

This is a great way to get people out of the office and to have a bit of fun together and hopefully learn something new about each other. This is not a day focused on structured team building so much as getting a smile on everyones faces, breaking down barriers and having a laugh.

Building Teams

This course is designed to improve a team's performance & confidence.

Our instructors have come from a range of backgrounds, teaching, millitary and the outdoors. With these background we can create the best possible day for your staff. A lot of our ideas and techniques are based on placing people in difficult and or stressful situations, improving their inter-personal skills, leadership, practical skills & abilities, communication skills, risk management and planning.

By combining outdoor activities and theory we can improve your team's overall performance.

Price includes bunk barn accommodation, breakfast, pack lunch, instructors and activities.

Price does not include transport or dinner but it can be arranged at an extra cost.
